If you're using Help Scout, you can now use Customer Properties to slice and dice and prioritize your Feature Requests (in Savio we call properties "attributes").
More concretely, you can do things like:
See total MRR or Expansion revenue for a given Feature Request
Slice and dice requests by MRR, Plan, or any other Customer Properties you store in Help Scout
Using Customer Attributes
When you connect the Help Scout integration Savio will pull in any customer attributes you've stored there.
