Improvement
The "Feedback From" filter tells you what kind of person submitted a piece of feedback—an active customer, a churned customer, a prospect, etc.
Before, the feedback attribute was built-in.
Now, we've launched a new version. It's better because:
- You can disable it
- You can customize the field options
Enabling and disabling "Feedback From"
To enable or disable the "Feedback From" attribute, simply navigate to managing your feedback and feature request attributes and click the check box.
Customize "Feedback From" options
Next, customize the dropdown with options that are meaningful to you. We like making sure we have an option for active customers, churned customers, prospects, and lost deals.
Logging feedback with "Feedback From"
Now, when you receive feedback, you can select what kind of person gave the feedback.
Filtering feedback by "Feedback From"
That lets you filter feature requests by the "Feedback From" field, so you can easily find, for example, the features that churned customers would have liked.
Using "Feedback From"
You can use this feature on any Savio plan.
