Unsure about what feature request to assign feedback to during triage?
We've added a feature so you can easily open a feature request right from the triage page and optimize your accuracy when triaging.
Opening feature requests from the triage details page
Imagine you're triaging feedback and assigning them to feature requests. You're not sure which FR this particular piece of feedback belongs to, and you don't want to make a mistake!
When you search for a feature request, you'll see a panel with additional information about it. This may give enough information to choose the right feature request.
But if you're still not sure, you can click the "Open Feature Request" icon.
It'll open the feature request in a new tab so you can look at all the details and other feedback assigned to it. All this additional information can help you decide if it's the right FR for that particular piece of feedback and ultimately reduce errors during triage.

You can use this feature on any Savio plan.
