Some of your feedback is not related to feature requests. Maybe it's about your pricing, your customer service, why a customer signed up, and so on.
Now you can easily find that feedback—we've added a filter to find feedback that has or hasn't been assigned to a feature request.
Using the "Has Feature" filter
In you feedback filters, click the "Has Feature" drop down.
- Select "All" to see all feedback
- Select "Yes" to filter for feedback that has been assigned to a feature request
- Select "No" to filter for feedback that has not been assigned to a feature request
How we use it
At Savio, we store things like potential marketing copy, feedback on our pricing, ideas for improvements to a knowledgebase article, and more using this method.
