You know how when you're logging feedback, it's sometimes difficult to know which feature request you should pick?
Well, we just made it easier! We've launched a feature to give you more context about the feature request when you're selecting it so it's easier to pick the right one.
More context to the select list
We added critical information to the select list:
- Cumulative MRR for the feature
- Number of upvotes
- Product and Product Area
- Tags
You'll see this change in the Savio app…
… as well as in the Chrome Extension…
and in the Zendesk integration.
We've found that assigning feedback to feature requests is actually the hardest part of building a solid feedback-tracking system. This additional information gives you some extra context to help you find the right feature and make fewer mistakes!
